Platform Overview
No Agent List provides a real estate data and discovery platform that aggregates, analyzes, and categorizes residential real estate properties and market information using proprietary algorithms, public records, third-party data sources, and user-submitted information.
The Services may include, without limitation:
- Property listings and lead types (including auction, off-market, pre-foreclosure, deal, ARV, and other categorized opportunities)
- Market insights, pricing indicators, and analytics
- Tools enabling buyers, sellers, investors, and vendors to identify, evaluate, and connect regarding properties or services
- Vendor directories, advertising opportunities, and related monetization features
Supplemental Services
We may offer additional features, tools, or services ("Supplemental Services") that are subject to additional terms, conditions, or policies ("Supplemental Terms"). Any applicable Supplemental Terms will be disclosed to you at the time you access or use the relevant Supplemental Service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms will control solely with respect to the applicable Supplemental Service.
Together, these Terms and any applicable Supplemental Terms are referred to as the "Agreement."
Acceptance of the Agreement
By accessing or using the Services in any manner — including visiting the Website, creating an account, browsing or saving listings, viewing or exporting data, purchasing subscriptions, contacting other users, vendors, or property owners, clicking "Accept," or otherwise interacting with the Services — you represent and agree that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement;
- You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
- You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive economic sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea region), and you are not listed on any U.S. government denied party list or equivalent.
Scope of the Governing Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the No Agent List website located at www.noagentlist.com, including all related subdomains, mobile applications, and other websites or platforms operated by No Agent List (collectively, the "Website"), and all products, features, data, tools, listings, analytics, lead classifications, and services made available through the Website (together with the Website, the "Services").
